Christmas Guide: for those all-around girlies!

Christmas is just under two weeks away, so if you're giving gifts this year....it's officially crunch time. Now, I am not one to condone overspending or the shop-till-you-drop method, but I do love giving gifts and the magic in that. One of my love languages is gifts, so I see the value in it and encourage that aspect!

With that being said, I compiled a list of gifts for those all-around-hippy-homemaker gals in your life. Some affiliate links in this post will allow me to make a small commission off of your purchase and clicks.

Now without further ado, let's get those ideas rolling!

Gift Ideas

For that gal who loves to cook! (or who is freshly married!)

Meat Church Spices: These are my GO-TO spices! Honestly, I'd call these the "wife me up" spices. They have enhanced every meal of mine and are so fun to use. The trio I have featured here; The Gospel, Holy Cow, and Holy Gospel are all MSG-free and can be used for anything from eggs, soups, smoking meat, roasting veggies, etc. When I say I use them for everything, I do!

Wooden Utensils: I love wooden utensils and use them faithfully. They don't get hot and the cleanup is fairly simple! Plus, they aesthetically match ANY KITCHEN.

Stainless Measuring Cups & Spoons: If you want to start making the switch to a cleaner home ditch those plastic measuring cups. Trust me! We have stainless ones and I just feel cleaner when using them. And like the wooden utensils, they aesthetically go with any kitchen!

For the cozy book-reading gal in your life!

"The Eternity Gate" by Katherine Briggs: My dear friend wrote her debut novel this year and I highly recommend reading it! I'm biased because she's my friend but I also really love fantasy, sword fighting, good vs evil stories and this is exactly that! So if you or someone you know enjoys a great fantastical read, here's one for you! (hardcover, ebook, and audiobook are all available!)

"Suspended In The Stars" by E. A. Hendryx: On a completely different adventure, if you love space, The Greatest Showman vibes, and some clean swoony love, this book is for you! E. A. Hendryx has done a fantastic job taking us literally out of this world and on a wild ride. Highly recommend!

"The Graceling Realm" by Kristin Cashore: Book 1 of this amazing series can also be an individual stand-alone read. There are 5 books total but absolutely zero pressure to read all 5 because each story is full and complete. This is probably my favorite series out there. I've read it multiple times and still get emotional. Each book features a different main character and the history that is built in the series is beautiful. Every person I've either loaned a copy to or recommended it to has loved it and been enthralled by it all. (hint: Seasparrow is hands down the best one).

For the coffee gal in your life!

CHEMEX Coffee Bundle: This is what we use DAILY and oh does it make good coffee. If you know someone wanting to level up their coffee game, this is a great place to start!

Secure Milk Frother: Another way to level up your at-home coffee game! This frother can heat up your milk of choice OR do a cold froth! So a win/win.

Blue Mountain Coffee: Our everyday coffee. My husband is a bit of a coffee snob, so for this to be the one that is in our cabinet permanently, you can trust us that it's good!

For the adventure gal!

ENO Travel Hammock: I bought my hammock in 2014 and still use it! Every family vacation, trip, or just when it's nice outside, I'll throw this guy up and can guarantee a nap! It's so fun and so easy to tote around. 10/10 recommend the ENO brand for how long it's lasted and how durable it is!

Nalgene Water Bottle: Another item I've had for ages! It is the OG bottle to cover in stickers (mine is FULL of stickers!). The narrow-mouth one works for me the best, especially if I'm driving, hiking, teaching, etc. I've spilled the wide mouth on me one too many times.

Playing Cards: A deck of cards has saved me from many "I'm stuck" situations. These make me smile as bourbon is a thing my husband and I collect and enjoy together!

There we have it! A Christmas guide for those all-around girlies! Each item featured I've used and enjoyed! I wouldn't recommend something to y'all if I haven't put some time into using it.

I'd also use this list if you know someone getting married or stepping into a new season in their life! Let me know if you use any of these or are getting any as a gift!

Love y'all.
